Shipping
We ship Worldwide.
All packages are sent by First Class (Priority) Airmail from Sweden.
We will send your purchase between 2-5 business days after recieving the payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Delivery usually takes about 1 week within Sweden, 1-3 weeks Europe and 2-4 weeks to the rest of the world. It can also vary a lot depending on your country´s postal service and customs.
Shipping costs are calculated upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".
Please note that international buyers are responsible for any additional custom fees and taxes.
Refund Policy
We want to have happy customers, if however you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us straight away to let us know.
We will be happy to refund your purchase if your order is sent back in good condition within 2 weeks after you recieved it. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Packages are rarely damaged but in the event that it happens, send us pictures of the damages within 5 business days of recieving the package and we will see what we can do.
We are not responsible for the packages being damaged or lost in transit but we always try our best to find a suitable solution.
Note:
It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging on delivery before signing for it. Any obvious structural damage to the tubes/packages must be brought to the attention of the postal delivery service before opening.
